The music video ‘3D’ is Directed by Drew Kirsch with Jack Harlow featuring on this catchy dance bop. Much like his previous release, “Seven,” “3D” delivers a dance/club fever with its repetition and groove. The song’s lyrics and rhythm play into Jung Kook’s strength as a singer, allowing his lithe vocals to shine. In a nutshell, the song is a fun, fast pop track reminiscent of early 2000s pop/R&B hits.
As the singles keep rolling out, it’s becoming more and more obvious that Jung Kook is taking a page out of the Disney Kid glow-up playbook to deliver a more edgy and adult version of himself as he matures. Being a celebrity is hard when you begin so young, and it can be difficult to separate from your early image. However, Jung Kook has taken matters into his own hands and hasn’t shied away from changing his fan base’s perception. He has grown, and it’s about time we all took notice.
